Stage 2 overview
The second International League stage. The Stage 2 playoffs winner and runner-up qualify for Champions Shanghai. 1 Championship Point is awarded for each match win during the regular season and additional Championship Points are awarded to the top four teams during playoffs, depending on placement.

Event Phases
Every team from each territory participates.
Regular Season
Phase 1 features all 12 teams split into 2 groups of 6. Groups from Stage 1 will be shuffled. Teams compete in a single round robin within their group with each match being a best of 3. The top two teams from each group advance directly to Stage 2 Playoffs, while the remaining eight teams move on to Play-Ins.
Decider Matches
Same seeds from both groups play best of 3 series against each other (eg. Alpha#1 vs Omega#1) to decide the finalized seeding. Top 4 teams advance directly to Playoffs and remaining 8 goes to Play-ins.
Play-Ins
The bottom eight International League teams face off against the top two National Cup teams in a ten team double elimination bracket. First four seeds receive a first round bye in the winner's bracket. All matches are best of 3. The top four teams from Play-Ins will advance to the Stage 2 Playoffs.
Playoffs
8 teams face off in a double elimination bracket with all games being best of 3. The lower finals and stage grand finals are best of 5.
