Today we’re excited to share the ticketing details for the Finals Weekend of VALORANT Champions Shanghai!

Champions will begin at Jing’an Sports Center before moving across the city for an unforgettable Finals Weekend at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Pudong.

The Main Ticket sale is currently scheduled to start on September 16th at 11:00 AM CST. International fans will be able to purchase tickets through MAISEAT.

Important: This event operates under a real-name ticketing system. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. International attendees must use a valid passport when purchasing their ticket and must bring the same physical passport to the venue. Entry will require identity verification and facial recognition, and the information provided when purchasing your ticket must match your passport.

Mastercard Priority Purchase

Mastercard cardholders, you’re eligible for priority access to tickets for the VALORANT Champions 2026 Finals Weekend!

The Mastercard Priority Purchase period is currently scheduled for:

• Priority Purchase Begins: September 13th, 2026 at 11:00 AM CST
• Priority Purchase Ends: September 15th, 2026 at 11:00 AM CST

Priority purchasing is available to eligible Mastercard cardholders outside of Mainland China. Mastercard cardholders in Mainland China should purchase tickets through the Damai platform.

To access the priority purchase, enter the first eight digits of your Mastercard card number during the ticket purchase process. Once your eligibility has been verified, you will be able to continue with your ticket purchase.

Payment must be completed using a Mastercard.

Real-Name Ticketing & Entry

All tickets are registered to an individual attendee.

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable.
• International ticket purchasers must use their passport as their valid form of identification.
• Attendees must bring the original physical ID used to purchase their ticket.
• Entry requires facial recognition matching the information registered to the ticket holder.
• Attendees whose identity cannot be successfully verified will not be admitted.
• The same ID cannot be used to purchase tickets for the same session across multiple official ticketing platforms. Duplicate purchases may result in cancellation of the entire order. Please double-check all passport and personal information before completing your purchase.

Ticket Limits

• Each account may purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets per event.
• Each ticket must be linked to a unique valid ID.
• Attendees must present the original ID linked to their ticket for verification, security screening, and facial recognition at entry.
• Entry will be denied if the ID is borrowed, replaced, or does not match the information submitted during purchase.

Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets purchased through MAISEAT may be refunded during the designated refund period. Each refund will be subject to a processing fee equal to 3.5% of the ticket's face value.

Refund applications are currently expected to be accepted from August 28 at 11:00 AM CST through September 17 at 2:00 PM CST (TBD). Requests can be submitted through official MAISEAT customer service or by emailing service@mail.maiseat.com.

Once approved, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, although timing may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Refunds apply to the entire order and cannot be processed for individual tickets within an order. Each purchaser/account may use the refund process only once per event day. If tickets for the same event day are purchased again after a successful refund, those replacement tickets will no longer be eligible for the standard refund process.

Outside the official refund window, refunds will not be available except in circumstances outside the organizer's control.

Please purchase tickets only through official ticketing platforms and avoid unofficial websites, social media sellers, and secondary marketplaces.

Policy for Children

Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

All guests, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket for entry. This includes infants and children of all ages. By bringing a minor into the venue, parents acknowledge and agree that they bear sole liability for any injuries or adverse effects caused by high decibel levels and strobe or intense lighting.

Entry & Re-Entry

Re-entry will not be permitted. 

Bag Policy

We strongly encourage fans to travel light.

• Bags must fit comfortably underneath your seat.
• Bags larger than 16.5" W x 20.5" H x 5.5" D are prohibited.
• Buggies and prams are not permitted inside the venue.
• MBA does not provide storage or coat-check facilities for bags, coats, prams, buggies, or other personal belongings.

Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Breakable containers and items—including glass cups or bottles, thermoses, tumblers, ice packs, and baby bottles—are also prohibited.

Prohibited Items

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone attending, prohibited items include:

• Professional cameras or cameras with interchangeable lenses
• Interchangeable cellphone lenses
• Monopods, tripods, gimbals, flashes, and selfie sticks
• Professional or personal audio/video recording equipment, including GoPros and handheld recorders
• Flags, flagpoles, banners, signs, streamers, slogans, and LED signs
• Items with political, racial, religious, violent, or commercial slogans used for promotion.
• Musical instruments, whistles, horns, drums, and other amplifying equipment
• Laptops, tablets, and computers
• Fireworks, laser pointers/projectors, and lighters
• Controlled knives, firearms, ammunition, and other dangerous items
• Imitation weapons, including toy guns, bows, slingshots, knives, etc.
• Pets
• Drones
• Folding Chairs.
• Long or sharp objects
• Inflatable and projectile objects
• Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices
• Outside food and beverages
• Glass and other breakable containers
• Fragile containers (e.g., glass bottles/cups), throwable food and drink, large hard fruits, or utensils.

Unauthorized livestreaming or broadcasting from professional or personal devices is strictly prohibited. Event staff also reserve the right to prohibit any other item deemed disruptive, unsafe, or a risk to public safety.

Please note that flags, banners, signs, slogans, LED signs, and similar fan-support items are not permitted inside the venue.

Camera Policy

Professional cameras and cameras with interchangeable lenses are not permitted. Interchangeable cellphone lenses, monopods, tripods, gimbals, flashes, selfie sticks, GoPros, handheld recorders, and other professional or personal audio/video recording devices are also prohibited.

Unauthorized livestreaming or broadcasting from any professional or personal device is strictly prohibited.

Cosplay & Props

Cosplay is welcome at VALORANT Champions 2026, with additional requirements in place because of the event's real-name entry and facial recognition system.

• Costumes must not be excessively revealing.
• Cosplay weaponry, including prop or imitation weapons are prohibited.
• Costumes must be constructed solely from soft fabric; non-cloth materials (e.g., metal, plastic, rigid props) are prohibited from being attached to attire.
• Costumes must ensure clear visibility for the wearer and others.
• Face coverings, masks, or obstructive accessories are not permitted; the face must remain fully visible, and you must remain identifiable at all times.
• Attendees may be requested to wear additional layers to meet event standards before entry.
• You must be able to independently and easily move your costume across stairs or ramps and pass through a security detector 70 cm wide and 205 cm tall.
• You must be able to sit in your seat while in costume without obstructing the view of others.
• Liquids, gels, airhorns, cowbells, or other disruptive/loud items are prohibited. (Final discretion rests with local police, Riot Games, and/or event security.)
• The use of items that produce smoke, fire, explosives, or other environmental hazards is strictly prohibited.
• Please note that all attendees of Valorant Champions 2026 must possess a valid ticket for entry.

All final decisions regarding costumes are at the discretion of local police, Riot Games, and/or event security.

Face Coverings & Makeup

Your face must remain recognizable and match your official ID. Face paint, makeup that substantially alters your appearance, and full or partial face coverings are prohibited.

Costume Size

• Maximum costume dimensions: 1.2m wide x 1.8m long x 2.4m tall
• Props may not exceed 0.3m in length
• Costumes must allow attendees to safely navigate the venue and pass through standard security screening.
• Attendees must be able to sit comfortably without obstructing surrounding guests.
• Metal and wooden costumes are prohibited.

Weapons & Props

Weapons, replicas, and prop weapons of any kind are prohibited. This includes swords, bladed items, firearms, air guns, cap guns, bows, 3D-printed props, Worbla pieces, and foam or plastic weapon replicas.

Liquids, gels, smoke effects, fire, explosives, and other disruptive substances or effects are also prohibited.

All final costume and prop decisions are at the discretion of local authorities, Riot Games, and Event Security.

Broadcast Notice

VALORANT Champions 2026 is a live broadcast event. By attending, you acknowledge that your image and likeness may be captured on film or video and used by Riot Games, its affiliates, and media partners for tournament coverage, broadcasts, and marketing purposes globally.

Light Sensitivity Notice

WARNING: STROBE LIGHTS AND FLASHING LIGHT EFFECTS

This event includes strobe lights, flashing lights, and other visual effects that may affect individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other light sensitivities. Guests who may be affected are encouraged to take appropriate precautions.

Limited Visibility

Due to stage design, lighting and sound arrangements, safety requirements, venue conditions, and movement during the show, some seats may experience partial obstruction or limited visibility. By completing a ticket purchase, purchasers acknowledge and accept this possibility.

Event Conduct

We’re committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone attending VALORANT Champions 2026.

Harassment, bullying, threats, aggression, disruptive behavior, and other conduct that puts attendees or staff at risk will not be tolerated. Riot Games, the venue, and Event Security reserve the right to refuse admission or remove individuals who violate event policies or create safety or security concerns. Guests removed for these reasons may not be eligible for a refund and may also be prohibited from attending future Riot events.
