VALORANT Esports | VALORANT Challengers Southeast Asia 2024 - Teams and Format

A total of 18 teams around the SEA region will be facing off in the final Split of 2024, fighting for a slot for 2025 Split 1 and a prize pool of $75,000.

1. QUALIFIED TEAMS

Top 2 teams from the previous regional Challengers Split and top teams from Premier Episode 8 & 9 will be placed in each stage according to their performance.

3 additional teams from Premier Episode 9 Act 2 will be joining the 15 teams above.

2. TOURNAMENT BRACKET

Stage 1

6 Premier teams will be divided into two groups in a single round robin format. Top team from each group will advance to the next stage.

Stage 2

Top 2 teams from Stage 1 + the runner ups from respective regional Challengers Split 2 will battle in a hybrid elimination format.

Stage 3

Top 2 teams from Stage 2 + the winners of each Challengers Split 2 will battle in a double elimination format. Their performance will strongly improve chances of qualifying for 2025 Split 1.

3. SCHEDULE

With an official scrim on 8-9 October, VCT Challengers SEA will run from 25 October until 24 November.

Stages will be played as follows:

Stage 1: 25-27 October
Stage 2: 29 October - 3 November
Stage 3: 6-24 November

Matches will begin at the following times:

Stage 1: 18:00 GMT+7
Stage 2: 18:00 GMT+7
Stage 3: 18:00 GMT+7

4. WHERE TO WATCH

Live-streams for all languages (excluding Vietnamese) will be exclusive to SOOP platforms. Co-streaming and watch parties are welcome for all streamers who opt to stream on SOOP. Contents other than the live-stream, such as replay VODs and highlights, will be uploaded on other platforms and may be watched during streams on other platforms as well.
