In addition to the Game Changers Championship, the final spot for the world championship will also be decided in Brazil, at the Riot Games studios in São Paulo - with a live audience on both days.
The Game Changers Americas LCQ will bring together one team from each of the three Americas regions. As a reminder, Brazil, Latin America, and North America have already secured one representative each for the World Championship (Team Liquid Visa, KRÜ Blaze, and Shopify Rebellion Gold, respectively), and now the runners-up from each circuit will compete for the fourth spot.
BRAZIL: MIBR
LATAM: Akave Esports Black
NA: FlyQuest RED
FORMAT
The Game Changers Americas LCQ will gather the representatives from each region (BR/LATAM/NA) into a single group in a round-robin format, with Bo3 matches taking place on October 14, starting at 11:00 AM PT. In the event of a tie in the group stage, the tiebreaker criteria will follow the same standard as global events, check out the full rulebook here.
