Game Changers 2023 exploded in Series I with new teams, new rosters and insane gameplay. Version1 has conquered the NA Game Changers scene so far with an impressive undefeated streak in the first series, giving returning global showstoppers Shopify Rebellion some serious competition. Will these two titans find themselves battling in the qualifiers for a chance at a rematch, or will new contenders emerge to claim the top spot in Series II in the race toward the Championship?

Here’s everything you need to know about the Game Changers Series II tournament.

TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW

The Game Changers NA Series 2 tournament commences with an Open Qualifier on July 13, concluding with the top eight teams competing against each other in the Main Event that starts July 26. As competition intensifies, teams will clash to secure coveted circuit points for a chance to represent North America at the Game Changers World Championship.

For this Open Qualifier, teams will face off in a GSL Group format to determine the top eight teams that will move on to the Main Event. The top eight teams from the Game Changers Series I Tournament will receive a bye directly to the Bracket Ro32 stage of the tournament.

The teams that land a spot in the Main Event will then compete in a double-elimination bracket, with all matches being a Bo3. The Lower Finals and Grand Finals, however, will be a Bo5.

For Game Changer Series 2, a total of 410 points are at stake across the top 16 placed teams. And to sweeten the deal, the top eight teams are awarded a share of the $50,000 prize pool. The point distribution will be as follows:

• 1st Place: 20% or 80 points
• 2nd Place: 15% or 60 points
• 3rd Place: 12% or 50 points
• 4th Place: 10% or 40 points
• 5th - 6th Place: 7% or 30 points
• 7th - 8th Place: 5% or 20 points
• 9th - 16th Place: 2% or 10 points

VERIFICATION AND REGISTRATION

All competitors of Game Changers NA Series 2 must be processed through AnyKey’s verification system before participating, regardless of their past verification status.

After the verification process is complete, you can register your team for the Game Changers Series 2 Open Qualifiers at https://pks.gg/GCNA and join the KnightsArena’s VCT Game Changers Discord. The VCT Game Changers NA Series 2 registration period opens today, June 15 at 12 p.m. PDT and closes on June 29 at 7 a.m PDT.

HOW TO WATCH

Starting July 13 at 2 p.m. PDT, VCT Game Changers NA Series II matches return to the official VALORANT NA channels for broadcast. Matches are played simultaneously during the Main Event with ALT streams available to ensure you don’t miss any of the action.
