Stage 1 overview
The first of two International League stages. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams in each territory qualify for Masters Toronto. 1 Championship Point is rewarded for each match win during the regular season and additional Championship Points are rewarded to the top four teams during playoffs, depending on placement.

Event Phases
Every team from each territory participates.
Regular Season
Phase 1 features all 12 teams split into 2 groups of 6. Groups will be determined based on performance from the Kickoff Event. Teams compete in a single round robin within their group with each match being a best of 3. The top 8 teams move on to the Stage 1 Playoffs.
Playoffs
8 teams face off in a double elimination bracket with all games being best of 3. The lower finals and stage grand finals are best of 5. The top 2 seeds from Phase 1 earn first round byes into the winner’s bracket. The 7th and 8th seeds start in the lower bracket. Additionally, the winner of each territory's playoffs skip Masters Toronto swiss stage and go directly to the playoff bracket.
