The new stars are about to rise to the top of the Americas region and we all can be part of their story. Here is everything you need to know about the VCT Ascension Americas 2024 tournament.
After a year full of emotion and incredible moments on Challengers, six teams rose to the top of the NA, BR, and LATAM regions. The amazing skills of the players have impressed everyone on the continent, but only one team will achieve the dream of ascending to the ranks of VCT Americas in 2025.
The competition will be divided into two stages: the first one, from September 10 to September 15, will be a battle royale. Group Stage can be watched on the official channels of VALORANT Esports. The second part of this tournament will consist of a double elimination bracket that will be broadcast on the official channels and played in front of a live audience in the city of Monterrey, Mexico.
PARTICIPANTS
M80 and TSM will represent North America. Latin America will be represented by Reta Esports and All Knights. Galorys and 2GAME Esports will take part in the event from Brazil.

FORMAT
The event starts on September 10. During six days, the teams will face off against each other in a battle royale format in the Group Stage, with best of 3 series.
From September 18 to September 21, the four best teams of the group stage will compete in a double elimination bracket for a spot in the finals. The upper bracket will consist of a best of 3 series and the last game of the lower bracket will be determined by a best of 5 series.
The Grand Final, which will decide the new addition to VCT Americas 2025, will also be a best of 5 series that will take place on September 21.
SCHEDULE
Ascension Americas will take place over 10 days of intense competition, from September 10 to September 21. The tournament is comprised of two stages and a Grand Final:
Group Stage: September 10 to September 15
Playoffs: September 18 to September 21
Grand Final: September 21
