Riot Games and VALORANT are partnering with women-focused production company Raidiant to launch year-round programming through the Game Changers Collective Discord, designed as an always-on space to support women and diverse communities through connection, mentorship and shared learning. This new initiative transforms the Game Changers Collective Discord into a sustained hub for: 

• Networking across all levels of the ecosystem

• Structured mentorship opportunities

• Professional development conversations and workshops

• Knowledge sharing between aspiring and established talent

• Organic, community-led connection through playing, watching and learning together

The program kicks off on March 24 with its first event, Content Creation: Breaking in and Staying Consistent, featuring guest speaker Sunny from 100 Thieves. To begin, programming will be conducted in English to support the initial launch, with opportunities to explore regional initiatives as the Game Changers Collective community continues to expand.

By partnering with Raidiant to support the Discord, Riot ensures the space remains community-driven and connected to the broader Game Changers ecosystem. The Discord acts as a year-round hub for building relationships and accessing guidance across areas like broadcast, content creation, and event operations, complementing in-person events, including recent gatherings like the Game Changers Collective in Chile during VALORANT Masters Santiago.

The Game Changers Collective is a growing global community dedicated to supporting women in the VALORANT ecosystem. It brings together Game Changers participants, creators, talent, community organizers, and more, creating a space to connect, share knowledge, and build meaningful relationships.

VALORANT Game Changers is an initiative launched by Riot Games in 2021 to create new opportunities and visibility for women in VALORANT esports. Through a combination of community-driven events and top-tier competition, the program has fostered a more inclusive and supportive environment, enabling players from diverse communities to compete at the highest levels of play.
