Happy Pride Month from the VALORANT Americas team!
Across North America, Brazil, and Latin America, our community shows us every day what it means to lead with heart, play with purpose, and show up with pride. We’re always recognizing and celebrating the LGBTQIA+ fans, players, artists, and competitors who make VALORANT what it is today, but this month specifically we’re celebrating louder and prouder than ever.
And at VALORANT Masters Toronto, we’re making that celebration bigger than ever. Read more about our Masters Toronto programming here.
This year, we’re proud to reveal a custom Pride mural live at Masters Toronto — created in collaboration with community artist Strawberry (she/her), who has been part of the VALORANT community since beta in 2020.
Strawberry’s piece is a tribute to the joy, strength, and identity of the LGBTQIA+ community in gaming, esports, and everywhere else — blending iconic Toronto visuals with a great group of VALORANT agents.
You can visit the Pride Mural at 768 Queen Street West in Toronto, Ontario through June!
But wait, there’s even more. VALORANT will be releasing the limited-edition 2025 Pride Collection in-game for players to redeem starting today through June 30 at 2pm PT! Read more about VALORANT x Pride here.
“Pride for me means supporting each other and celebrating being equal, as well as being compassionate and considerate with others. Pride means having the strength to live as yourself and helping others feel more welcome.”
— Strawberry (she/her)

We chatted with Strawberry (she/her) to share more about the mural, the process behind it, and what being part of the VALORANT community means to them!
“I’m most active in the lore nerd parts of the community, so I’d say the VALORANT community to me is all about discussing little details that were put carefully and thoughtfully all around the maps and peeking into this intriguing world which is so unique and yet so similar to our world. Or even guessing the clues hidden in each Agent’s voice lines… going over each agent’s personality, figuring out what they like or dislike, what makes them tick and celebrating our favorite agents with other lore nerds. Waiting for new lore drops with friends and poring over every detail with them!”
“For the mural I spent a good chunk of my time reading about the cultural background of Toronto and the iconic places that stand out. I wanted to have the mural be a moment that the agents captured either while exploring Toronto or relaxing and capturing a chill memory and over all have it be a light-hearted and chill moment. There were a large number of iconic locations/activities that were inspirational, but it also needed to be implemented while thinking about the restrictions for the mural’s execution on site. The city embraces creativity and artistic expression, and I love how you can always find bold and vibrant colors woven into the city. I have a big soft spot for street cars and their design evolution.”
“It is the first time I’ve had an artwork of mine be painted as a mural and it honestly was such a huge honor for me to be considered for this. I’ve loved these agents so much for so long and to actually get to work on a project like this was honestly incredibly precious and dear to my heart.”
“I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember tbh but only started seriously trying to improve and get better at it in the past few years.”
“It is so hard to choose one favorite in-game moment because so many funny and silly ones come up, especially playing with friends :D... But I do have a favorite moment of following the lore, and it was Chamber’s release. I knew he was going to be my fav agent since his first teaser in the Year One trailer, and to finally see him arrive after a long wait was really exciting!”
